Abstract
Objective: To observe the inhibition effect of Ganbikang capsules on the anti-HBV activity in vitro. Methods: HepG 2.2.15 cells culture and MTT colorimetric method were used to test the drug toxicity on cells.PCR was used to test HBV DNA,ELISA to test content of HBsAg and HBeAg to study the toxicity of Ganbikang capsules on the cells, the expression of HBsAg and HBeAg and the effect of HBV-DNA.Results: TC50 of Ganbikang capsules was 4.677 mg/mL,with 0.118 mg/mL of 0% non toxicity(TC0).The copy number of HBV DNA of each group in the cells decreased after the treatment in 72 and 144 h whereas Ganbikang capsules showed the highest inhibition rate at 0.1 mg/mL.HBsAg and HBeAg concentration in the cell culture significantly lowered whereas Ganbikang capsules showed the highest inhibition rate at 0.1 mg/mL.HBsAg and HBeAg concentration in medicinal serum significantly lowered after the treatment in 72 and 144 h whereas the largest dose group showed the highest inhibition rate.Anti-HBV effect was obvious.TI was averagely larger than 2.Conclusion: The experiment of Ganbikang capsules on the anti-HBV activity in vitro shows strong anti-HBV effect and low toxicity.
