Abstract
Objective To study the stimulate angiogenes effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) model.Methods 32 chick embryo (CE) were randomly divided into 4 groups,8 CE in group A were treated with vacuity blood serum as negative controls,8 CE in group B were treated with basic Fibroblast Growth Facter as positive controls,8 CE in group C and 8 CE in group D were treated with maxiums and micro dose of Tongxinluo herbal serum respectively.After 3 days of incubated,count the first and second grade vessels.Results The proliferation of vessels in group C was obviously increase than that in group A (P0.05) and almost equaled to that of group B (P0.05),but group D has no obviously difference compared with group A (P 0.05 ).Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule can stimulate angiogenesis of the Chick embryo CAM model.
