Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the level of D-dimer and the relevance of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)in type 2 diabetes mellitus with microangiopathy.[Methods]The level of fasting blood glucose(FBG),HbAlc and plasma D-dimer in 33 cases of microangiopathy group,46 cases of non-complication group and 49 cases of normal control group were determined.[Results]The level of FBG,HbAlc and plasma D-dimer in patients of microangiopathy group were statistically significant from those in patients of non-complication group and normal control group(P﹤0.01).The level of D-dimer was not significantly different between non-complication group and normal control group(t = 0.48,P = 0.63).[Conclusion]Determination of HbAlc and plasma D-dimer level may be use for blood glucose control in diabetic patients and diagnosis of microangiopathy.
