Abstract

Objective:Study of glycosylated hemoglobin levels change for patients with diabetes or diabetic complication relationship. Methods:On 140 cases of diabetes,90 cases of diabetic complication of patients and 40 healthy subjects were fasting blood glucose(FBG)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)detection,and analyzing the results. Results:The FBG and HbA1c levels of diabetic complication patients were significantly higher than diabetic patients and healthy controls levels(P0.01),while the FBG and HbA1c levels of the diabetes were significantly higher than healthy controls levels(P0.01).Conclusions:Detection of glycosylated hemoglobin in diabetic patients is the control of blood glucose level and the therapeutic effect of a good indicator.HbA1c and FBG were detection by combining more favorable clinical for diabetes diagnosis、monitoring and treatment.
