Abstract
Objective Glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc)and diabetes mellitus(DM)and its complications, and timely control of diabetes and its complications and development. Methods 80 cases of complications associated with diabetes and diabetic patients and 40 normal subjects of glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc),fasting blood glucose(FBG)were measured, and do analysis HbAlc.Results For the normal control group(5.37 ±0.58)%,FBG was (4.42±0.83)mmol /L;diabetic group HbAlc was(9.76±2.68)%,FBG was(8.96±4.94)mmol/L;diabetes with HbAlc with complications was(10.76±2.65)%,FBG was(11.34±5.32)mmol/L;diabetic patients without complications HbAlc was(7.78±0.38)%.Conclusion Glycated hemoglobin control in the prevention of diabetes and its complications, the development is extremely important.
