Abstract
Objective: calm verapamil rhythm of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) and the treatment of their respective side. Method: I Jiezhen the hospital emergency room on the 48 cases of paroxysmal speed were randomly divided into rhythm calm verapamil group, propafenone group to propafenone 70 mg ~ 140mg injection, verapamil group to verapamil 5 mg ~ 10mg Intravenous injection. Results: calm verapamil rhythm of paroxysmal room on the therapeutic effect of the difference was not significant (P 0.05), side effects of verapamil than propafenone high. Conclusion: PSVT should be preferred propafenone, verapamil can be used as first-line drugs, it should be noted its side effects.
