Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effect of noninvasive bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation in the treatment of AECOPD combined with respiratory failure Ⅱ.Methods:90 cases of patients with AECOPD and respiratory failure Ⅱ were divided into treatment group (46 cases) and control group(44 cases).Control group was treated by conventional drugs combined with oxygen uptake by nasal catheter.Treatment group was treated by conventional drugs combined non-invasive BIPAP breath machine. The respiratory rate, heart rate, blood were conpared and analyzed. Results:After treatment 3 hours and 24 hours, the respiratory rate, heart rate,PaO2 of treatment group were down,PaO2,pH increased, there were significant differences compared with those of control group(P0.05).The treatment rate, the mortality, the average length of hospital with control group were apparent lower(P0.05).Conclusion:Early stage,we used non-invasive BIPAP to treat AECOPD combined with respiratory failure Ⅱ patients, the effect is sure and less complications and adverse reactions.
