Abstract
Objective:To study clinical effect of noninvasive double level airway positive pressure ventilation and Naloxone in the treatment of AECOPD and type II respiratory failure.Methods:76 cases of AECOPD and type II respiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups(research group and control group),38 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional treatment. On the basis of the treatment, the research group took Naloxone. The change of PH,PaCO2,PaO2 were tested. Results:The total effective rate of the research group was 94.74%,the total effective rate of the control group was 81.58%.The total effective rate of the two groups had significant difference(P0.05).After treatment,pH,PaCO2,PaO2 of all patients' arterial blood gas were significantly improved(P0.05).The index of the research group improved significantly better than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Noninvasive double level airway positive pressure ventilation and Naloxone in the treatment of AECOPD and type II respiratory failure has sure curative effect and clinical implementation should be promoted.
