Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of AECOPD combined with type Ⅱ respiratory failure.Method:The patients of AECOPD combined with type Ⅱ respiratory failure in control group were treated with conventional treatment. The patients of AECOPD combined with type Ⅱ respiratory failure in research group were treated with noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the basis of conventional treatment. observed and recorded the changes of heart rate( HR ),respiratory rate, blood gas analysis(SaO 2 ,PaO 2 ,PaCO 2 , pH)before and after the treatment. draw a conclusion by statistical analyse.Result:The heart rate(HR),respiratory rate,SaO 2 ,PaO 2 ,PaCO 2 ,pH changes were no statistical significance before treatment between the research group and the control group( P 0.05).After positive pressure ventilation treatment, the heart rate(HR),respiratory rate,SaO 2 ,PaO 2 ,PaCO 2 ,pH of patients in the research group were significantly improved than which in the control group and before treatment( P 0.05).Conclusion:The noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in the treatment of AECOPD combined with type Ⅱ respiratory failure can achieve more satisfactory therapeutic effectk,it is worthy of clinical application.
