The Influences of Cultural Differences on Translation and the Methods to Deal With Them

The relationships between language and culture are inseparable.Translation is not only the transformation of language,but also the culture transformation.However,people often take different understandings and explanations for one thing because of some cultural differences such as ways of thinking,senses of time and religious beliefs,which influence translation greatly.In order to overcome the difficulties brought by cultural differences in the process of translation and promote the successful translation,some certain translation methods such as literal translation,free translation,additional translation,and word for word translation according to different situations.
