On the Spirit of Public Service

Abstract

Social development can not be realized without the spirit of public service which is a social capital.And emphasizing the spirit of public service is the call of the time and the demand of our social economic development.The author holds that the spirit of public service can be cultivated both internally and externally.The means of cultivation are learning,introspection,establishing cultural climate within an organization and in the society at large.
