Abstract
Critical reflection is the advanced level of reflection and procedure of thinking, which consists of the meditation on the precondition of a decision or a behavior, and the questioning of the many aspects underlying them, such as sense, moral, history, society, etc. The final result of critical reflection is the qualitative change of one's cognition, which helps improve practice; in other words, it facilitates the cultivation of one's ability to enquire, to assume, and to apply his capacities to practice. To promote the quality of critical reflection, the author puts forward several methods, including the constructivist teaching methodology, seminar instruction, action research and field practice, and reading autobiographies and writing experience.
