Abstract
Reflection can be defined as experiencing and thinking about one's ideas, psychological feelings and behavior, while the teaching reflection refers to the active cognitive processing course in which teachers dialectically negate the subject's teaching ideas, experience and behavior by means of teaching introspection, experience and monitoring in the teaching process with the aim of improving the teacher's teaching work. We attach importance to the teaching reflection because of teachers' claim for improving the performance, the trend of professionalization of teacher education and the rationality of teacher training. We can approach the teaching reflection in the following ways: video reflection, diary reflection, reflection from the perspective of learners, reflection by exchanging views with colleagues and experts and reflection by asking the students for advice.
