Survey of the Teachers Sports Situations in Jiangsu Colleges and Universities and an Analysis of Their Demands

This paper did an extensive questionnaire survey among teachers from colleges and universities in Jiangsu province.All together,2120 valid questionnaires were recovered.Through the survey and analysis of common sense of sports,items of sports,frequency and time of sports,conditions of sports and prospects of sports,as well as the comparison about the sports conditions between the southern,central and northern parts of Jiangsu province,the paper obtained the first-hand information about the teachers in common and peculiar aspects.The paper aims to provide the scientific guidance for the physical training of the teachers and some theoretical references for policy planning.
