Abstract
This paper,with the use of the literature data analysis,interview and questionnaire survey,investigated the present situation of young university teachers' extracurricular sports activities in Jiangsu province to provide valuable reference for young university teachers' establishing of good sports activities and the positive participation sense.Young university teachers should deal well with the relationship among sports activities and work,family,and other aspects,using time reasonable for sports,and strengthening the training of interest in sports,turning the passive into the active,so the sports really could melt into life and become a part of your life.
