Study on Scientific Research on Physical Education and its Effective Factors OrdinaryColleges and Universities of Jiangsu Province

The research based on sports apartment and all of the P.E teachers of 34 universities and colleges and 8 academies of scientific Institute of Jiangsu province by using the method of documentary, questionnaire, visiting and statistics.It was found that college sports research team has mature, but scientific backbone is relatively weak. High-level scientific research in sports has a strong strength and advantages. Sports research and development of different levels of college is imbalance. Sports science research field is wide, disciplines categories are full, disciplines development is balanced, applied psychology and traditional ethnic sports are relatively weak.
