Yindanxinnaotong capsule for unstable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the curative effect of Yindanxinnaotong capsules in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods One hundred and ten patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional therapy,base on this,the observation group was given Yindanxinnaotong capsules(four nodule one time,three times per day) for four weeks.The seizure frequency of angina pectoris,duration of attack and dose of nitroglycerin of two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group(89.02%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(64.15%)(P0.01).Compared with before treatment,the seizure frequency of angina pectoris,duration of attack and dose of nitroglycerin of two groups after treatment decreased(P0.05,P0.01).There were statistic difference of the seizure frequency of angina pectoris,duration of attack and dose of nitroglycerin between two groups after treatment(P0.05,P0.01). Conclusion The Yindanxinnaotong capsules can reduce the duration of angina pectoris attacks and the frequency of angina pectoris.
