Supplementing Qi and Nourishing Yin Runchang Decoction in the Treatment of Colon Melanosis of Random Parallel Control

Abstract
[Objective]Of Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin Runchang Decoction in the treatment of colon melanosis effect.[Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,60 cases of inpatients and outpatients were divided into two groups according to the.A control group of 30 cases of Fusong powder,10g/,2/d,oral.The treatment group of 30 cases supplementing qi and nourishing Yin Runchang soup(Rougui 2g,Gancao 3g,Danshen,Chenpi,Dangui,Shenma,Yuanshen,Shengdihuang,Maidong each 10g,Baizhu 15g,Huangqi 20g),1 /d,two times water decoction and 100mL,2 /d,before 1H oral.Continuous treatment with 28d for 1 courses.Observation of clinical symptoms,endoscopic therapeutic effect,adverse reaction.Continuous 2 courses of treatment,the curative effect.[Results]The clinical curative effect of the treatment group were cured 16 cases,effective in 11 cases,effective 2 cases,invalid 1 cases,the total efficiency of 96.67%.The control group cured 14 cases,effective in 6 cases,effective 6 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total efficiency of 86.67%.The clinical effect of treatment group was better than the control group(P0.05).Colonoscopy efficacy of the treatment group 18 cases were cured,7 cases markedly effective,4 cases,1 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 96.67%.The control group cured 8 cases,effective in 6 cases,effective 9 cases,invalid 7 cases,the total efficiency of 76.67%.The control group colonoscopy clinical efficacy than the efficacy of the treatment group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Yiqiyangyinrunchang Decoction in the treatment of colon melanosis effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
