Abstract

[Objective]To observe the traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction. [ Method ] 60 cases of treatment group in patients with ischemic stroke Buyanghuanwu herbal decoction with low - dose aspirin and symptomatic treatment and medical practitioners. Control group, 39 cases of non-use of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine treatment program with treatment group. After the efficacy of treatment for assessment and comparison groups. [ Results ] The treatment group markedly (basic recovery + remarkable progress) 49 cases (81. 7%) , 23 cases of control group, markedly (58. 9% ) , difference between the two groups was significant ( P 0. 05 ). [ Conclusion] The traditional Chinese and western medicine can be Tongluo Yiqihuoxue, block thrombosis, it is a significant clinical effect.
