Abstract

Objective Analysis and discussion of the clinical effect of Chinese medicine treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods Pectively reviewed the clinical data of patients with ischemic stroke admitted to hospital between January 2008 to October 2011.364 patients were randomly divided into a traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and Western medicine treatment group, 182 cases of each group of patients. Western medicine treatment group were treated with conventional Western medicine treatment, Chinese medicine treatment group patients on the basis of oral medicine and acupuncture treatment. Statistical analysis and comparison of the efficacy of two weeks after the treatment. Results Chinese medicine treatment group significantly 123 cases, effective 59 cases, the total efficiency of 100%; significant effect of Western medicine treatment group 20 cases, effective in 129 cases, ineffective in 33 cases total effective rate of 82%, the two groups of patients in the total efficiency existsThe difference was significant, with statistical significance(P0.05). Conclusion Efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of ischemic stroke is more significant, the rehabilitation of patients with a higher rate, worthy of clinical application.
