Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of integration oftraditional Chinese and westem medicine in treating ischemic stroke.Methods:126 cases of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the treatment group and the contrast group. The contrast group was treated bv western medicine to dissolve thrombus and decrease fibrin,anticoagulant,anti-depressor of thrombocyte and brain protecting medicine based on symptom. The treatment group was treated with integration of traditional Chinese and westem medicine based on differentiation for syndrome classification additionally. The value of neurologic impairment and the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results:Symptom in both groups were improved after two courses of therapy (the contranst group:P0.05;the treatment group:P0.01). The value improvement of neurologic impairment in the treatment group was better than that in the contrast group (P0.05). The total effective ration of the treatment group and the contrast group were 97.22% and 88.89% respectively. The difference had significant meaning (P0.01). Conclusion:The effect of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine on treating ischemic stroke is superior to that of western medicine only.
