Abstract
Objective:To establish a method for determination of sodium danshensu in xiaopining granules by HPLC.Methods:Sodium danshensu content was determined on DiMa C18 Chromatographic column(200mm×4.6mm),with mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-acetic acid(5:160:1),Detected wavelength:281nm.Results:A good linear relationship was obtained when the detection concentration range was 0.1148~1.0332μg,and the average recovery is 100.24%,RSD is 1.23%.Conclusion:The method is fast and accurate,reproducible,high accuracy and the quality of preparation can be controlled.
