Abstract
Subject: to determine the content of Danshensu in tongjinglin granules.Methods: The HPLC analysis was carried out on Kromasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mixture of water-acetonitrile-acetic acid(93∶5∶2)was used as the mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 280nm.Results: The linear range of Danshensu was 0.5~10 μg,the average recovery of this method was 97.55% with a RSD of 1.17%.Conclusion: The method can be applied to quantitative determination of the preparation.
