The interaction of the unique natural and geographical environment,China's traditional function of education and the urban bias towards the education policy forms a bottleneck for the development of the colleges in Sichuan Ethnic Areas.To eliminate the bottlenecks,the fundamental way is to strengthen cooperation and integrate resources among the institutions,open up investment channels and improve the school conditions,lay emphasis on and reform the curriculums,and strengthen the self-construction of ethnic minority areas in Sichuan.
