Problems about Fundamental Education Development in National Minority Areas and Their Countermeasures——Review Individually on Minority Areas in Sichuan

Minority peoples in Sichuan live mainly in Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture and Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture.The education there has made noticeable achievements in recent years.But many difficulties and problems occur in the process of education development there due to underdevelopment of local economy and backwardness of thought and concept,as a result,to advance the ethnical education development in Sichuan needs change of educational concept,increase of educational outlay,enhancement of teaching troop construction and adjustment of whole education structure.
