Abstract

A mutant P11 was separated from a decoloring strain ( Aspergillus ficuum )mutated by ultraviolet obtained from the drainage of printing and dyeing mill. The decoloration rates of P11 on Direct Fast Scarlet 4BS was 88.54 % in 3d and was 13% higher than that of original strain under 33 ℃,120 r/min.The mutant was cultured for ten generations and showed that the decoloration capacity was stable.
