Abstract

The protoplasts of Aspergillus ficuum CN67 was obtained by dissolving it with lywallzyme, snail digestase, cellulose. After UV mutagenization ,the enzymatic ability of the strain is increased from the initial 15.09 IU/mL to 20.48 IU/mL. And also this mutant has good stability.
