Abstract
Inducing calli from leaves of Populus tomentosa The results showed that the inducing medium of the calli is MS+NAA1.0 mg/L +6 BA0.1 mg/L and the differentiation medium is 1/2MS+BA0.5 mg/L. The twelve effective seedlings can be generated from single axillary bud. The medium for rooting is MS+IBA0.8~1.2 mg/L. Replanting survival rate is 87.5%.
