Abstract
The leaves of Populus Tomentosa were used as explants to research the tissue culture. The results indicated that: MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/L had the best effect on callus induction;the best medium for callus induction and bud generation was MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L;the best medium for generation of adventitious roots of leave is MS + ZT 0.1 mg/L + NAA 0.3 mg/L and the rooting rate reached 100%.
