Abstract
By analyzing the reasons for the difficulty in fund-raising for small-and medium-scale enterprises this thesis puts forward and stresses the necessity of setting up and strengthening the system of financial support for these enterprises in China as soon as possible.This requires the improvement of related laws and regulations,the establishment of specialized banks,the growing of all varieties of institutions for loan guarantee and the development of direct fund-raising.
