Small-and-Medium-Sized Enterprises' Fund-raising Problem and its Way out

Being hard for small-and-medium-sized enterprises to raise fund is a universal problem,which is mainly caused by financial system.That is to say,the characteristics of small-and-medium-sized enterprises and theirs fund-raising systematic policy cannot accord with fund-raising system of commercial banks.Given that the reform in financial system cannot solve this problem,we have to find the way out in systematic innovative.It is essential that we set up improving and multi-layered fund-raising system to help those enterprises.
