Abstract
Fund－raising problems are the biggest obstacle to small enterprises in our efforts to promote their development． Solving the fund－raising problems of small enterprises requires relevant policy support simultaneous innovation of direct financing pattern and development and opening up of indirect financing channels so as to provide a better service for small enterprises in fund－raising．
