Abstract

Development is the desire and responsibility of all enterprises,esp.of those newly-established ones.By analyzing their financial characteristics and the capital shortage,the paper puts forward the fund-raising strategies for those newly-established enterprises in our country.It points out that to widen the channels raising funds and set up soud financial fundation are the feasible ways to ensure the existence and development of enterprises.
