[Objective]To observe the root of remembranous milk vetch 6 gentleman decoction treatment of chronic gastritis curative effect. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,100 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to flip a coin method. More than the control group of 50 cases of Pan Li ketone,10 mg/time,3 times/d,30 min before meals. Colloidal bismuth pectin capsules,0.2 g/time,3 times/d,1 h before meal. Cimetidine,0.2 g/time,3 times/d. Fasting bittern and cold food,and it is forbidden to drink. Drainage in the treatment group(50 cases of temperature hot,fill in yiqi,invigorate the circulation of nourishing blood and astragalus membranaceus or 6 gentleman decoction(Huangqi 30 g,Zhigancao 5 g,Fabanxia 8 g,Renshen,Baizhu,Dazao each 12 g,Chenpi10 g,Shengjiang,Fuling9 g; went to add Banzhilian12 g,Pugongying 15 g,Shechuangzi 9 g,common cnidium fruit,depending on the disease accompanied by the liver; 1/d,and 200 ml water,morning and evening. 7 d continuous treatment for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment,judge curative effect. [Results] The treatment group cure 13 cases,21 cases were markedly effective,effective 14 cases,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate was 96.00%. The control group,12 cases recovered,15 cases were markedly improved effectively in 16 cases,7 cases,total effective rate was 86.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05). The symptoms disappear time in treatment group is better than that of control group(P0.05). [Conclusion]Radix astragali and 6 gentleman decoction treatment of chronic gastritis effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
