[Objective]To observe the nourishing the stomach soup combined western medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. [Methods]Using random parallel control method,97 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. 47 cases were sucralfate,1 g/time,3 times/d,1 h before meals and before bed oral;Amoxicillin,1.0 g/time,3 times/d;Omeprazole,20 mg/time,sooner or later. Treatment group(50 cases of nourishing the stomach soup(Sanqifen 3g,Zhigancao,Wuzhuyu 5g,Sharen,Shashen each 6g,Danggui,Chaibaizhu,Foshou each 10 g,Huangqi,Fuling each 15 g,Dangshen,Shanyao 20 g;gastrointestinal new full aggravating and Houpu15 g,Chenpi 12g;gastrointestinal pain worse and Baizhi 10 g;belching aggravating add Xuanfuhua 10 g,Daizheshi 15 g,Zhuru 10 g,NaCha aggravated with Heye 10 g,Huoxiang,Peilan each 15g),1/d,boiling water 200 ml,2 times/d,on an empty stomach oral;Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 90 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment,judge curative effect. [Results] the treatment group 39 cases were markedly effective,effective 7 cases,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.00%. Control group 20 cases had marked effect,12 cases,15 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 68.09%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.01). Symptoms improve the situation in the two groups were improved(P0.05),the treatment group is better than that of control group(P0.05).[Conclusion] Nourishing the stomach soup combined western medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
