[Objective]To observe the curative effect of treatment of chronic gastritis. [Methods]Using random parallel control method, 68 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 34 cases of atropine, 0.3 mg/time, 1/d. Gastropin tablet, 0.4 mg/time, 3 times/d. Aluminum hydroxide adhesive solution, 10 ml/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group of 34 cases, spleen, spleen and stomach party(Fuling,Baizhu each 15g, Banxia,Danggui, Chenpi,Muxiang 10g, Zhigancao 9g, Sharen 6g). Liver stomach, treat with comfortable liver-qi, and stomach pain(Baishao 20g, Yanhusuo15g, Xiangfu, Zhike, Xuanfuhua 12g, Chuanjizi, Foshou, Chenpi, Muxiang 10g, Gancao 6g). Spleen and stomach syndrome to spleen wet side(Pugongying 30g, Yiren 20g, Cangshu, Fuling, Houpu each 15g, Huangqi, Chenpi,Huoxiang every 12g, Huanglian, Shichangpu, Banxia 10g). 1/d, Fried 150 ml water, three times. Treatment of 13 consecutive d 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous therapy treatment 2, judge curative effect. [Results]The treatment group 18 cases were markedly effective, effective 15 cases, 1 had no effect, total effective rate was 97.06%. 13 cases of control group in 11 cases were markedly effective, effective, invalid 10 cases, total effective rate was 70.59%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]The treatment of chronic gastritis, less adverse reactions, worthy of promotion of use.
