Astragalus Membranaceus Chienchung Soup Combined Random Parallel Control Study Western Medicine Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

[Objective]To observe the root of remembranous milk vetch chienchung soup combined effect of western medicine treatment of peptic ulcer.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,200 cases of clinic patients into two groups according to random number table method.A control group of 100 patients ranitidine hydrochloride,150 mg/times,2 times/d.Amoxicillin,1 g/time,3 times/d.Ding Lin,20 mg/ time,3 times/d,30 min before meals.Treatment group,100 cases of astragalus membranaceus chienchung soup(Huangqi 20 g,Chaobaishao 18g,Guizhi,Shengjiang each 9g,Zhigancao 6g,Dazao5,Yitang30g,caramel generic spit water and Ganjiang,Wuzhuyu,Fabanxia,Fuling,cold dish of aconite decoction;wet pixu(spleen deficient) is filled withChenpi,Banxia,kidney Yang deficiency with medicinal indianmulberry root;curculigo stomach Yin deficiency and Bajitian,Xianmao;blood clot in his heart;diseases with stasis and radix bupleuri liver;food stagnation bohol pill).1/d,boiling water 200 ml,oral sooner or later.Western medicine treatment with the control group.Continuous treatment of 28 d of 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions.As a course treatment,judge curative effect.[Results]The treatment group 60 cases cured,37 cases were markedly effective,effective in 2 cases,1 had no effect,the total effective rate was 99.00%.The control group recovered 47 cases,33 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,9 no effect,the total effective rate was 89.00%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05).[Conclusion]Radix astragali chienchung soup combined western medicine treatment of peptic ulcer effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
