Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in Ergan oral liquid.METHODS: The sample was determined on Scienhome C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(12∶88) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 327 nm.RESULTS: The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.169 6~0.848 μg(r=0.999 9) and the average recovery rate of chlorogenic acid was 98.88%(RSD=0.48%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and it is applicable for the quality control of Ergan oral liquid.
