Abstract
Objective To investigate the impact of different types of antisperm antibodies in seminal plasma on quality of semen. Methods Antisperm antibodies in seminal plasma in 180 patients with infertility were detected by ELISA, and patients with single positive antisperm antibodies in seminal plasma were selected according the detection results and these patients were divided into the group B(positive IgGpositive IgG positive IgG positive IgG),the group C(positive IgA) the group D(positive IgM),and 21 cases of male was chosen as the control group(the group A) who attended a med- ical examination had a normal fertility. The related indicators of quality of semen among the four groups. Results ①An- tisperm antibodies in seminal plasma in 107 cases(including single and multiple) were positive, and it accounted for 59.4% in patients with infertility;antisperm antibodies in seminal plasma in 62 cases(single positive),and it accounted for 57.9.% in patients with positive antibodies.②The sperm density, sperm activity rate, sperm motility(a+b), rate of ter- atosperm and sperm liquefaction time and other indicators in the group A were obviously better than that in the group B,the group C and the group D(P0.01).The sperm density, sperm activity rate, sperm motility(a+b) and sperm liquefac- tion time in the group C were obviously better than that in the group B and the group D(P0.01),and the rate of ter- atosperm in the group C was obviously better than that in the group B(P0.01),while the rate of teratosperm in the group C was obviously better than that in the group D,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P 0.05).The sperm activity rate and sperm motility(a+b) in the group B were obviously better than that in the group D(P0.01),the rate of teratosperm and sperm liquefaction time in the the group B were obviously worse than that in the group D(P0.01),the sperm density in the group B were worse than that in the group D,but there was no statistical dif- ference between the two groups(P0.05). Conclusion Antisperm antibodies have an important impact on quality of se- men,IgG has a relatively large impact on sperm deformity rate and liquefaction time,IgM have a relatively large impact on sperm motility(a+b) and sperm activity rate.
