A Study on Teachers' Morality Innovation & Quality Cultivation Universities in New Era

The development of society has given birth to new educational ideas and methods.Quality education has become a must.During the implementation of quality education,teachers play an important role.Therefore,it is significant to improve teachers' quality by enhancing their professional moral cultivation.This paper analyses the necessity of teachers' morality innovation in the new era,current situations of teachers' morality and some existing problems,points out the connotation of teachers' morality cultivation.The objective is to accelerate teachers' morality cultivation and increase teachers' quality.
