Strengthening the Construction of College Teachers' Morality in the Promotion of Quality Education

Quality education is an inevitable trend of university reform in China,and teachers' quality is a key which determines the success or failure of quality education.Furthermore,teachers' moral quality is the soul of teachers' quality.Teachers' morality is an important part of campus spiritual culture,and also the key of forming good school spirit and the style of teaching.In order to improve teachers' quality,universities should strengthen the construction of college teachers' morality from the following aspects:deepening theory study and setting up sublime moral character;increasing knowledge reserve and improving teaching ability;cultivating innovative consciousness and enhancing scientific research level.
