Abstract

The experiment of in vitro propagation of Azadirachta indica using the stem apex as explant was carried out. The explant was pre treated by sodium hypochlorite, soaking with HgCl 2 of 0 1 % in order to realize sterilization. Sixty treatments, and three replications were set up. The experimental results showed that the optimum preparations of bud enrichment and rooting were MS + 6-BA 7 0 mg/L + IAA 0 01 mg/L + ZT 0 1mg/L and 1/2 MS + NAA 0 5 mg/L respectively. The survival ratio of transplantation could achieve 80 %.
