Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of baicalin in Chaihuang granules by HPLC. Methods Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column was used, and the mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphate acid (55:45). The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0.131~1.309 μg for baicalin, and the correlation coefficient was 1.000. The average recovery was 100.95% (RSD=1.38%). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Chaihuang granules.
