Abstract

Objective To apply the propofol intravenous anesthesia in fiberoptic bronchoscope treatment technologies to settle clinic anesthesia difficult issues in bronchoscopy. Methods 163 cases of respiratory disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and examined with bronchoscopy applying propofol intravenous anesthesia or lidocaine ultrasonic atomizing inhalation.Blood pressure, respiration, heart rate, arterial oxygen saturation and other vital signs were monitored and observed whether patients with cough, body movement, etc.and the degree of postoperative feelings. Results The vital signs in patients of experimental group were stable, and the major monitoring indicators were better than the control group, and compliance was good, without any adverse postoperative memory. The patients who are willing to accept examine up to 98%.Conclusion Application of propofol intravenous anesthesia in fiberoptic bronchoscopy clinic was an safe, effective and acceptant examine method, which was worth popularizing in clinic.
