Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the factors, regular pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs) occurred in our hospital for references of safe and rational clinical medication.METHODS:A total of 309 ADR reports collected in our hospital were statistically analyzed in respect of age and sex of patients, route of administration,ADR degree, drug category, organs involved and clinical manifestations etc.RESULTS:ADR involved drugs totaled 309 kinds,of which anti-infective agents occupied the first place, followed by Chinese patent medicines.205 ADR cases(66.34%) were induced by intravenous route.ADR occurred systemically and were characterized predominantly by allergic reactions of skin and its appendants, followed by lesions of nervous system.52 were new but common ADR cases, while 1 was new severe case.CONCLUSION:Medical staff should attach great importance to the monitoring of ADR and to achieve rational drug use based on the characteristics of ADR so as to lessen and avoid the incidence of ADR.
