Abstract
Objective To study the levels change of plasma adrenome dullin(ADM)and calciton in gene-related peptide(CGRP)in primary hypertension and to investigate their change to risk stratification in primary hypertension. Methods 80 cases primary hypertension were randomly divided into 4 groups:the low risk group, the medium risk group, the high risk group, the very high risk group,20 healthy persons recruited as the control group. The levels of plasma ADM,CGRP were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The levels of plasma A DM in four groups EH subjects and control group were 36.28±10.12,41.28±8.09,66.64±10.22,87.90±10.13,15.26± 4.30 ng/L.The level of ADM in low risk group the medium risk group, the high risk group and very high risk group compared to those in the control group having a significant difference(P0.01),and the level of ADM became higher following the risk stratification. The level of plasma CGRP in four group EH subjects and control group were 59.48±9.42,55.92±10.01,47.36±8.87,37.61±9.61,71.08± 6.43ng/L,the difference of the levels of plasma CGRP between the low risk group, the medium risk group the high risk group and the very high risk group and the control group were very significant(P0.01),and the level decreased following the risk stratification. There were negative correlations between the levels of plasma ADM and CGRP(r=0.742,P0.01).Conclusion ADM,CGRP serving as vasoac- tire peptides involved in pathophysiology and organic impairment of primary hypertension. The levels of plasma ADM,CGRP could reflect the risk stratification in primary hypertension.
