Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of integrated care intervention on the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 126 patients were randomly divided into intervention group(63 cases) and control group(63 cases),two groups were given general cardiology routine care,the intervention group was given health education,medication guidance,psychological intervention,rehabilitation,self-monitoring,comprehensive nursing intervention basis on the general routine care.Results Lipids of the intervention group significantly improved,blood pressure decreased significantly compared with the control group,and there were significant differences(P 0.05);the level of cognitive behavioral in intervention group were(91.47±3.20) scores,and control group were(41.13±4.20) scores,there was a significant difference(P 0.01);the quality of life in the intervention group significantly improved compared with the control group,there was a significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion Integrated care intervention can improve patients' quality of life,worthy of promotion and recognition.
