Abstract
Objective The therapeutic effects and side effects of combined chemotherapy of HCPT, MTX, LV and 5 Fu for Advanced Lung adenocarcinoma were evaluated.Methods Chemotherapy regimen consisted of HCPT 8 mg/m 2 IV gtt l~5 d, MTX 100 mg IV dl, and Leucovorin 150 mg/m 2 IV gtt 2~4 d, 5 Fu 500 mg/m 2 IV gtt 1~5 d. The cycle was repeated every 4 weeks and 2 cycles were given as 1 course.Results Total 51 cases was treated. Overall CR+PR was 49% .One year survival rate was 41%, Main median survival interval was 11 months. The major side effects were bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal tract side effects.Conclusion The combined chemotherapy regimen consisting of HCPT was benefit for advanced lung adenocarcinoma.
