Abstract
Objective To assess the efficacy of XCJF cream in patients with acne vulgaris. Methods 278 cases of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into treatment group and control group and treated either by XCJF cream or clindamycin.Bacteria test and sebum excretion rate were measured and the clinical effect was evaluated. Results The sebum excretion rate has changed from(1.84×10~(-2)±0.63×10~(-2))g/(m~2·min) to(1.09×10~(-2)±0.43×10~(-2))g/(m~2·min) after the treatment of XCJF cream(P0.05) for 4 weeks. The sterilizing rates of bacteria in the treatment group and control group were 87.2% and 85.3%,respectively.The total clinical effective rates in the treatment group and control group were 94.6% and 82.7%,respectively.Conclusion XCJF cream is an effective and safe drug for external use in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
