Abstract
Objective: To investigate the treatment efficacy of Kecuo Yintong Cream and home made clindymicine gel in treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods: 86 cases with acne vulgaris had been divided into two groups. Group A was composed of 48 cases treated by kecuo yintong cream locally, and group B was composed of 38 cases treated by home made clindimycine gel. Results: The effective rate in group A was 91.7%, and 89.47% in group B. There were no statistical difference between two groups(χ 2=0.12, P=0.728). Conclusion:Home made clindimycine gel is a good choice for grade lower than Ⅲ acne vulgaris.
